Major project milestones reached

After many years of collaborative planning, regulatory work and extensive consultation, the project has secured all key planning and heritage approvals.

With these approvals in place, we are pleased to share that Kane Constructions has been appointed as the building contractor for this landmark development. Kane brings extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects and a strong track record of working with higher education institutions to create innovative, future-focused facilities.

Kane will work closely with the University of Melbourne, Monash University and project partners to deliver a facility that strengthens research and education capability, supports student learning, and enhances engagement with community and environment.
